Description

Set up camp wherever the feeling strikes you. The Sportz Truck Tent III turns your truck into a comfortable camper faster than you can roast a marshmallow. This is the easiest way to stay above the cold, damp ground and outfox those night prowling critters.

Frustrating searches for a clean, dry and level camp site are now a thing of the past. With the truck tent—just park, pitch and voilà—you’re living it up in a cozy home away from home. Camping out doesn’t get more convenient than this.

The rain fly’s built-in awning provides cool shade and a grand entrance to your luxury lodge. What’s more, the Truck Tent III boasts a level of protection not found in ground tents. Since campground kleptomaniacs would rather wrestle bears than steal occupied vehicles, rest easy that your truck is safe while you sleep.

With this much comfort, it’s easy to see why the Napier Sportz Truck Tent III is the #1 selling truck tent in the world. Blue/tan color scheme. 1-year warranty.

"This tent was by far the coolest thing. Everybody at the camp that helped set it up was amazed at the simplicity of it and the look as well. They all said "That's something I need to look into!" My wife was worried about bugs and it not being comfortable. Seeing as how she has never been camping before, she said it was the best rest and relaxation she ever had. We also purchased a truckbedz mattress for it to top it off. A must for people who camp or hunt. A GREAT investment! Thanks Auto Anything."

"You pretty much get a good value for your dollar. My sole complaint was that the long cross poles are under a tremendous amount of strain when you go to slip them into their respective sleeves. I snapped one of them trying to get it into the cloth pocket that holds it. Luckily a nearby camper had some duct-tape handy so I just did a quick mend and all was well. I suspect that if you have two people you might be better able to slip them in (If you have one person holding up the center of the tent from inside while you're trying to get the poles attached). Or just be VERY gentle slipping them into their sleeves! It looks great set-up, lots of interior room, quick to set-up (45 minutes the first time reading instructions...I got it down to under 20 minutes the second time solo), good quality materials, Great product overall... And LOTS of curiosity from fellow campers to check it out!"

"Love the tent; the set-up instructions are the weak point in the product, as I over-strained a fiberglas pole and fractured it by not being aware of another set of pockets in which to stick the entryway support. However, though the breakage was MY fault, Napier is sending me a replacement...VERY impressive. Great product."

"there was a lot of condensation build up from the door to about a ft back on the top and sides on the inside, had to leave zipper open about six inches on door & side windows, still had some beads of water on inside. ( not good in the mountains where it is very cold at night) did hold up under about 12 hrs of rain & sleet, moisture from inside, even when dry outside. rod that holds arch above door had one section splinter after 3rd use, all in all it served its purpose in good fashion. needs better ventalation & stronger rod at rear. much better than on the ground."

"The overall fit was good. It does take 2 people to set this up, keep that in mind before you break out the beer. The rain-fly needs to be a little longer because it does not fully cover the sides, (about 4" are exposed along both sides). I was able to feel the morning dew along this section on the inside. Don't know how this would hold up in the rain. Overall, worth the money."

"Overall a great product. I put it up the first time in the dark and didn't have much problem. Probably can do it a lot quicker next time. It rained for four hours straight the next morning but only got a couple drops of water inside (around the door.) Because of the height once installed on my truck, getting the rain flap laid out over the top was a bit of a challenge and I never did get it positioned or rotated right so I could get it tied down properly to the truck. It still did it's job of keeping me dry but was obvious that it wasn't installed properly. I also highly recommend getting the custom sized air mattress that fits your truck. I did and found it very very comfortable. The only drawbacks I can think of with this set up are that when you're traveling, all your gear is exposed to the elements and when you get to camp, you really can't drive your truck because of the tent. Small issues though. I'd buy this item again."

"This truck tent is nice, though I think a little pricey. Plus, you have to seal the seams and such which, for the money, should have already been done, or the tent sealer included. Overall a fair deal."
